Q. What is included in my Volvo Auto Show Test-Drive Event dealer promotional kit?
A. Program Overview, Log Sheet, 75 test-drive redemption certificates, 200 sample auto show handouts and promotional contact information.
Q. What does a prospect need to do to receive a $50 gift card?
A. Visit any participating Metro Detroit Volvo Retailer. Test drive any new Volvo Vehicle. Present the prospect with the signed and authorized redemption certificate. The prospect must then complete the redemption certificate and mail to -

The redeption certificate must be postmarked by Monday, 02-21-2011 to qualify.
Q. When will the prospect receive the $50 gift card?
A. After completing the redeption certificate, following all instructions and mailing to Media Resources, they will receive their gift card in approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
Q. Does the consumer need to purchase a vehicle to receive a $50 gift card?
A. No purchase is necessary to receive a $50 gift card.
Q. How many test drive $50 gift card incentives are available for my dealership
A. A total of "200" $50 gift cards are allotted for the Metro Detroit Volvo Test Drive Event. These are available while supplies last. Please contact Casey Hurbis of Retail 3 at 248-613-3378 or Gus Cuerbo of Media Resources at 330-492-1111 for additional gift card information.
Q. What is the duration of the Volvo Auto Show Test-Drive Event campaign?
A. Saturday, 01-15-2011 thru Monday, 02-14-2011.
Q. What is the log sheet?
A. After a prospect completes the test drive, record them on your log sheet for follow-up by your sales team and provide them with the test drive redemption certificate. Please fax a copy of the log sheet weekly to 330-492-8443 to confirm actual test drives and to prevent fraud.
